  1. I was under the impression that this program was more about teaching the different moves on how to be more flexible, mobile, balancing etc. So learning skills. You seem to be mentioning 15 to 20 minutes workouts. I do not really care about workouts I am more into learning the different moves. Please clarify.

    • This is a review for the Tapp Brother’s RPF course. I feel it’s a great program but again, it focuses more on primal movements and how to do them, but not so much on stretching. The Tapp Brother’s do have another program for that, double your flexibility.
