After thinking about this for some time, I finally decided to purchase this course after thinking about it for a while of consideration. Why did I purchase this product with my own money?

Work Out Anywhere, With Your Own Bodyweight!
You can do this anywhere with your own body weight. I really like that these are all based on body movements, so you don’t need any weights! This is a HUGE advantage, as who knows what is going to happen next. With COVID, the more contagious strand, and need I mention anything bout 2020. If you don’t have weights, you can get an amazing workout with what you have right now.
Take It With You!
You can download everything and take it with you. They offer a phone app. I will talk more about it below, as I also include it in the Con section. I will say that since I finally got the phone app working, it’s amazing. You will not have that problem (and if you do, contact their amazing customer service for help).
Easy To Follow!
Everything is broken down and very easy to follow, complete with different levels (what are they beginner, intermediate, and ninja). Not to mention they have a simple-to-follow schedule that takes the guesswork out of what to do and when. I really think it’s important to know what you are doing. That way, you click on what day it is and do what they say.
Not That Difficult To Do.
But then again, this is a good thing if you are getting back to working out. When you start the workouts with RPF, they may seem easy. But then you wake up the next morning, and your legs are sore, your chest is sore, and then you start to realize that you are really working out. So, this really isn’t a bad thing, because it’s a good sore. You will notice that the course is working.
Most of the time, having an application that goes along with a training course is good. Well, as I mentioned above, the phone application did not work for me. It was very frustrating, and I ended up downloading the videos on my computer.
I ended up contacting customer service, who suggested rebooting my phone, then installing, reinstalling the app, and none of it worked. It ended up being an issue with my email provider (I wasn’t getting an activation email). So it had nothing to do with the app.
I am listing it as a con simply because it was frustrating. A quick fix, if this happens to you, is to use a Gmail account. Since doing this, everything has worked flawlessly.
Who is RPF For?
I can confidently say that this product is for everyone.
One thing I really like is that Jonathan and Thomas will show you the workout as well as ways to modify it.
This is great for me, and possibly you too because I was a little brutal on my body growing up. Yes, I have broken many bones and since getting older and really feeling it.
Modifications are great to know about. Not only that but if you are tired one day, you can quickly move to one of the modified versions of the workout. This will keep you in the zone and your heart rate up.
Again, for those of you that say you are “Too busy,” here are two things for you.
- The workouts are about 10-20 minutes long, and you will feel good when you are done with it.
- We can find time in your day to fit this workout in. I really do mean it, send me an email, and we will find time in your day.

Do I have to do crunches?
Okay, maybe that was just my own question. I don’t particularly appreciate doing crunches, and honestly, they hurt my neck. But it didn’t take long to realize I was getting amazing ab workouts and NEVER doing a single crunch!
I’m on the fence. Is it worth it?
I would say hell yeah, it’s worth it. I have completed the 30-days and plan on doing another. I know I will have improved from the first time. I’ve also noticed, what they said would happen, I feel better coordinated, a bit quicker, better posture, a little more flexible, and feel stronger too.
RPF Tools & Training
The tools needed are straightforward – Your body.
- Complete the workout on a smooth flat surface, I use a yoga mat, but a soft carpet will do just fine.
- A chair will help give you some added balance for some of the movements.
- Yoga blocks really help a lot, especially if you don’t have great flexibility (like myself). You can also use a stack of books or even your couch if needed. I highly suggest getting the cork ones, and this is a set that I also recommend (check out the photo).
- A pullup bar (click the link to find the coolest pullup bar I’ve found, I really like this one, and you can store it anywhere!). There are tons of other things you can use for this too. Such as a stairwell (if you can get your hands on the underside of the step), a tree branch, a modified version you can use your own kitchen table, or if you put a wedge under, you can use a sold door.
Side Note: some of these suggestions require some knowledge, check out YouTube or leave me a comment below, and I am more than happy to elaborate on them.
- A timer of some sort. I use the one on my phone, but you can always download a free interval timer on your phone if you want.

Training Tip: Try recording yourself doing the movements. This is a great thing to do if you are at the gym or doing a home workout. It will provide you feedback to determine if you are performing them properly. Which will help prevent injury.

I’m not going to lie, as it has finally taken me a long time to purchase their course. The main decision for me wanted more bodyweight workouts and the fact they have a 60-day money-back guarantee.
