What Is Rapid Primal Fitness?
After thinking about this for some time, I finally decided to purchase this course. Why did I buy this product with my own money?
I’m so glad you asked!
I have been on a quest to find a course to help me achieve my goals. Something that is an attention grabber is on their website, which states:
“Gain full-body functional strength, increase your stamina, and cut fat using movement-based exercises.”
If there is something important to have, it’s the ability to tackle anything that life throws at you. A few of them are
- Being able to run upstairs
- Taking fewer trips with groceries
- Lifting your child after a long day at work
- Being able to get up off the couch without issues
- Waking up and ready to start the day
- I’m sure you can come up with a few too!
I know what you are thinking. There isn’t enough time in the day to take time for yourself. After purchasing this course, I quickly found that I needed between 15-20 minutes to complete each session.

I am someone that enjoys a good list. When deciding on a purchase, I often make two columns about the good stuff and the not-so-great. After going through Rapid Primal Fitness, I have some excellent insights to share with you.
Work Out Anywhere!
You can do this anywhere with your body weight.
I like that these are all based on body movements, so you don’t need any weights! A HUGE advantage, as who knows what is going to happen next.
With COVID, the more contagious strand, and need I mention anything bout 2020? If you don’t have weights, you can get an amazing workout with what you have right now.
Take It With You!
You can download everything and take it with you on their phone app.
I will discuss it below, as I also include it in the Con section. I will say that since I finally got the phone app working, it’s fantastic. You will not have that problem (and if you do, contact their amazing customer service for help).
Easy To Follow!
Everything is broken down and easy to follow, complete with different levels (beginner, intermediate, and ninja).
Not to mention they have a simple-to-follow schedule that takes the guesswork out of what to do and when. I think it’s important to know what you are doing. That way, you click on what day it is and do what they say.
Not That Difficult To Do.
But then again, this is good if you are getting back to working out.
When you start the workouts with RPF, they may seem easy. But then you wake up the following day, and your legs and chest are sore, and then you start to realize that you are really working out.
So, this isn’t a bad thing because it’s a good sore. You will notice that the course is working.
Most of the time, having an application that goes along with a training course is good. As I mentioned above, the phone application did not work for me. It was very frustrating, and I downloaded the videos on my computer.
I contacted customer service, who suggested rebooting my phone and installing and reinstalling the app, but it didn’t work. It ended up being an issue with my email provider (I wasn’t getting an activation email). So it had nothing to do with the app.
I am listing it as a con simply because it was frustrating. If this happens to you, a quick fix is to use a Gmail account. Since doing this, everything has worked flawlessly.
Who is RPF For?
I can confidently say that this product is for everyone.
I like that Jonathan and Thomas will show you how to modify the workout.
This is great for me, and possibly you too, because I was a little brutal on my body growing up. Yes, I have broken many bones, and since getting older and feeling it.
Add to it that I am currently nursing a shoulder injury. So I do modify the workouts, but I’m still able to get my heart rate up, and it feels great.
Speaking of modifications, if you are tired one day, you can quickly move to one of the modified versions of the workout. Unless you have an injury (then talk with your doctor), the programs offer different levels for everyone.
Again, for those who say you are “Too busy,” here are two things for you.
- The workouts are about 10-20 minutes long, and you will feel good after completing them.
- We can find time in your day to fit this workout in. I do mean it, send me an email, and we will find time in your day.
Just think about one thing, are you making your health a Priority?
I have always had the primary goal of conquering whatever life throws at me, such as lifting, running, walking, carrying things, and so on.

Who are the Tapp Brothers?
The Tapp Brothers have done a great job building a name for themselves.

I know that the word “Primal” can be misleading. After all, most of us don’t live as cavemen anymore (sadly).

Do I have to do crunches?
Okay, maybe that was just my question. I don’t particularly appreciate doing crunches, and honestly, they hurt my neck. But it didn’t take long to realize I was getting amazing ab workouts and NEVER doing a single crunch!

I would say hell yeah, it’s worth it.

Rapid Primal Fitness Tools & Training
The tools needed are straightforward – Your body.
- Complete the workout on a smooth flat surface, I use a yoga mat, but a soft carpet will do just fine.
- A chair will help give you some added balance for some of the movements.
- Yoga blocks help, especially if you don’t have great flexibility (like myself). You can also use a stack of books or even your couch if needed. I highly suggest getting the cork ones, and this is a set that I also recommend (check out the photo).
- A pull-up bar (click the link to find the coolest pullup bar I’ve seen, I like this one, and you can store it anywhere!). There are tons of other things you can use for this too. Such as a stairwell (if you can get your hands on the underside of the step), a tree branch, a modified version you can use your kitchen table, or if you put a wedge under, you can use a solid door.
Side Note: some of these suggestions require some knowledge, check out YouTube or leave me a comment below, and I am more than happy to elaborate on them.
- A timer of some sort. I use the one on my phone, but you can always download a free interval timer on your phone if you want.

Training Tip: Try recording yourself doing the movements. This is a great thing to do if you are at the gym or doing a home workout. It will provide you feedback to determine if you are performing them properly. Which will help prevent injury.
