  1. I’ve heard about electrolytes, but I didn’t know how important they were in your wellness. Yes, I’ve heard about salt within water when you finish exercising. I’eve even seen people who put Himalayan salt in their water to consume hot the whole day! I can’t stand the taste of salt in water as it reminds me of holy water too much. Bad memories…However, I’d recommend this electrolyte drink because the taste seems nice!

    • I remember reading about the Himalayan salt, too; that’s awesome. But you’re right. Drinking salt water is horrible unless you’re on a hike and sweating a lot, and even then, it’s not the best. LMNT has been amazing and has even helped some of my friends with getting headaches (I am not sure if that will help everyone, but I thought it was pretty neat). I started drinking some every day (but I also work outdoors). Take care!
