Three years ago today, I started Wilde Escape!
I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to write. And so, Wilde Escape was born.
Since then, it’s been quite a journey. I’ve learned a lot through trial and error.
Including losing everything, causing panic and lots of frustration.
The desire to share my thoughts is what has kept me going.
Oh, and you for actually reading my blog.
For that, I cannot thank you enough!
Through it all, I’ve kept writing.
And I’m so grateful today on Wilde Escape’s third birthday!
Yep, you read that right. This blog has officially hit its third year.
It all started with a little blog I made in my spare time. I never thought it would take off the way it did.
I still remember bugging my patrol partner about the blog idea, what to call it, and many more questions.
Guess it all paid off because this blog has changed my life.
In previous posts, we’ve talked about how life has a funny way of throwing curve balls.
Since starting this blog (or new chapter), I’ve discovered my passion for writing. Wilde Escape has become an outlet for me to share the fun things in life.
Turning Point
Once I started Wilde Escape, everything seemed to fall into place.
Most importantly, I wasn’t in a great place in life. Starting this blog has taught me many things. Not just writing but how to build a website, how to rank in Google, and ultimately build my own business.
And we know where this is going, rediscovering what makes me happy.
Not only all that, but this blog has become a way to connect with like-minded people and share my love of adventure.
As the blog has grown, so have the opportunities. I have had the chance to work with a few amazing brands and meet incredible people.
I cannot wait to see where we will go next!
The Future
There are a few plans for the Wilde Escape blog.
What started as a random personal blog has come a long way in three short years.
But none of this would be possible if it was for the support of readers like you.
Every once in a while, I check the stats for this blog, and it’s been growing! Still crazy to me that people I’ve never met read my words.
Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH! It means the world to me.
Here’s to many more years of wild adventures!
