I usually forget to stretch before my workouts which may be detrimental to my muscles. But, if I practice it through patience, practice and consistency. It will be good for my flexibility and decrease my stiffness and tension. My chances of injuries will lessen. The Static and isometric stretching seem helpful and increase the range of motion.
I couldn’t agree with you more. In fact, I’m trying out a challenge to see if I can stretch for 15 minutes daily. I’m also trying to use a foam roller too. But the better we remember to stretch, the better everything will be. And the Tapp Brothers have some perfect ideas to help!
