AGZ Didn’t Work For Me But It Might For You

When a product promises better sleep, I pay attention. If it comes from a company I already trust, I’ll grab it without thinking twice.

That is exactly what happened with AGZ.

I’ve used AG1 from Athletic Greens for a while now and have seen solid results. So when they came out with a sleep supplement, I figured it would be a no-brainer.

It wasn’t.

But just because it didn’t work for me does not mean it won’t work for you.

What Happened When I Tried AGZ

AGZ is a nighttime drink that’s supposed to support sleep and help your body relax before bed.

I was actually excited to give it a shot.

It Tasted Way Better Than I Expected

I went with Chocolate Mint, which, if you know me, is my favorite. But honestly, it was smooth, mixed easily with water, and became part of my nightly routine right away. I even looked forward to drinking it!

It Helped Me Relax

About an hour after finishing it, I noticed I felt calm. Not knocked out, not groggy, just dialed down. That part worked.

But that’s where the wins stopped.

My Sleep Went Sideways

By the second night, I started waking up more often. I felt restless and kept checking the clock.

By night five, my deep sleep had dropped to just 31 minutes. Normally, I average over an hour. That’s a massive difference, and I felt it the next day.

This wasn’t a guess. I tracked every night using my FitBit (which I also know has some issues, but use what you have). The data matched exactly how I felt when I woke up.

Why I Stopped After Five Nights

I really didn’t want to stop, and I gave AGZ a fair shot. But the truth is, I felt worse every morning. I was groggy, unfocused, and dragging through the day.

Remeber, that even though I’m an Ambassador for AG1, this is not a paid post. I bought AGZ myself and tracked it the way I do everything else in my routine.

If something works, I will absolutely say so. But when something doesn’t, I will be just as honest.

So here it is, AGZ did not work for me. And that sucks, because I wanted it to.

AGZ Didn’t Work For Me But It Might For You

Sleep supplements are tricky, as everyone reacts differently. Your experience might be the exact opposite of mine (and I hope they are).

So if you are curious, give it a try. But remember, do yourself a favor and track your sleep. Pay attention to how your body responds. Not just how you feel right after drinking it, but how you feel the next morning.

If you want a deeper look, I wrote a full review of my AGZ experience with sleep tracking and honest notes from each night.

Final Thoughts

AGZ does some things right. It tastes good and helped me relax.

But if your sleep suffers, none of that matters.

Would I try it again? Not likely.
Would I tell you to avoid it? Also no. It might work for you.

I would say do what I did and see if it’s right for you, track how it makes you feel (especially in the morning). And then be honest with yourself.

Not for me. My deep sleep dropped, and I woke up more often during the night.

Give it a few nights and track your sleep with something like a Fitbit, Whoop, or other tracker. If your sleep gets worse, stop.

Yes. Everyone is different. AGZ didn’t work for me, but it might for you.

Where can I find the full review?
